At Homisel, we want your shopping experience to be simple, clear, and reliable. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with a fair and transparent return and refund process.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. After 30 days, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns or issue a refund.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
* Unused, unwashed, uninstalled, and in the exact same condition that you received it.
* In its original packaging with all included parts, accessories, and manuals.
* Free from any signs of damage or alteration caused after delivery.
How to Start a Return

1. Your order number
2. The email address used at checkout
3. A clear reason for the return
4. Clear photos or videos if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect
Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with specific return authorization instructions.

Return Shipping Cost
Buyer's Remorse: For returns due to buyer's remorse (such as changing your mind, ordering the wrong item, or no longer wanting the product), the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately within our 30-day return window at contact@homisel.com with proof (photos or videos). In these cases, Homisel will fully resolve the issue at no extra cost to you by providing a free replacement, a return label, or a full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for a return or refund:
* Used, installed, washed, or altered items.
* Items returned without their original packaging or missing parts.
* Clearance items or products marked as final sale.
* Gift cards.
* Personalized or custom-made items.
* Items requested for return more than 30 days after delivery.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you need a different item or color, the fastest way is to return your approved original item according to this policy for a refund, and then place a new order for the item you want.
Refunds Process and Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your returned item at our facility, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it and whether your refund has been approved.
* If approved, your refund will be automatically processed and issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
* Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
* Delayed Refunds: If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you still have not received it, please contact us right away at contact@homisel.com.
Restocking Fees
Homisel values honesty and transparency. We do not charge any restocking fees for approved returns.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please email us immediately at contact@homisel.com. Orders can only be cancelled before they enter the processing or shipping stage. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow our standard 30-day return process.
